You may return any order within 7 days of receipt of shipment if...

We may provide you with a refund, or exchange. If there is a valid reason for returning
the item. i.e. you have received the wrong item or item has a manufacturing defect. Then
please ensure following points:

> Contact us through mail in 2 days after receiving an item and mention reason for return or refund along with photographs.

> Item should be mailed within 7 days from the date of receiving the item.

> Please note that we do not refund shipping costs and customer has to bear return
/exchange shipping cost and to re ship if requesting an exchange.

> Item is not worn or used

> Item is in its original new condition

> Item is not washed

> Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached

> PLEASE NOTE that earrings, nose ring cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety.This includes tikka sets and necklace sets as they both contain earrings. We cannot accept
returns on these items even if you request to return just the earrings from the full set.

> Customised orders are not returnable as they are made to order according to client
specification. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent
back to the customer.

> Please return parcel through secured post and with proof of posting.
